Q: While in court, will I be cross-examined by another lawyer in an attempt of breaking my case?

A: Be sure to understand that you are the victim, and compensation for what has already happened to you should not be painful. What you probably saw on television is mostly not what happens in real courtrooms. In a real courtroom there is a plaintiff, a defendant, a Judge, and a jury. When the case is tried, the Judge and Jury are sworn only to do things that are right. Jurors are people like you, and they do not enjoy watching lawyers abusing witnesses. We always come to court prepared and we will stand for you at all times because you have entrusted your rights to be protected by our attorneys.
